01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services offered by Givensa Moments LLP (“Givensa Moments”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through its brands My Mother's Kitchen and Basketeria. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are engaging us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

02Our services

My Mother's Kitchen provides corporate food solutions, including daily cafeteria programmes, subscription meals, buffets and live stations, event and VIP catering, and corporate tuck shops. Basketeria provides corporate gifting, including festival hampers, client and employee gifts, and branded kits.

Information on this website — including service descriptions, menus and client references — is for general information only and may change without notice. It does not by itself form an offer.

03Proposals, orders and agreements

• All services are provided on the basis of a written proposal, quotation, purchase order or service agreement agreed with you (an “Agreement”).
• If anything in an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement will prevail for that engagement.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Orders are confirmed only once we accept them in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).
• Trial or pilot meals are offered at our discretion and on the terms stated at the time.

04Pricing, taxes and payment

• Prices are as stated in the applicable quotation or Agreement and may be per plate, per subscription or per event.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued by Givensa Moments LLP under GSTIN 06ABEFG6819Q1ZS.
• Payments are due according to the terms on the invoice or Agreement. We may pause or suspend services if payments remain overdue.

05Changes and cancellations

Changes to headcount, menus, delivery schedules or gifting orders should be communicated as early as possible, and within any notice period set out in the Agreement. Cancellation charges may apply where food has been prepared, ingredients or products have been procured, or custom items (such as branded packaging) have been produced.

06Food safety, allergens and dietary needs

• Our food is prepared in FSSAI-certified kitchens under documented hygiene and safety practices.
• You are responsible for telling us in advance about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements of the people we serve.
• Our kitchens handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten and soy. While we take care to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
• Food should be consumed within the time indicated by our team and must not be stored or reheated in ways we have not advised.

07Delivery and on-site services

We work to meet agreed delivery times. Where we operate on your premises, you agree to provide the access, space, utilities and permissions reasonably required. Risk in delivered goods passes to you on delivery to the agreed location. Please inspect gifting orders on receipt and tell us about any damage or shortfall within the period stated in the Agreement, or otherwise within 48 hours.

08Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the names Givensa Moments, My Mother's Kitchen and Basketeria, text, design and graphics — belongs to Givensa Moments LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Where you provide your logos or brand assets for custom gifting, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to use them solely to fulfil your order.

09Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our contact form.

10Third-party links

This website contains links to third-party websites, including basketeria.in and WhatsApp. Those websites are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific order or service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Givensa Moments LLP against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or an Agreement, or from information or materials you provide to us (such as incorrect dietary information or brand assets you are not entitled to use).

13Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, strikes, traffic or transport disruptions, utility failures or supplier shortages. We will inform you promptly and work with you on alternatives.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
